Jay Park released a new mini album yesterday night, "New Breed Part 1". He released the song "Star" at first, but later released the whole album, which reached the top of the charts right away.
The album consists of five new songs;

Actually, I didn't really get caught up in this album... Yet. I'm surprised as well. Because I really like Jay Park. My favorite among the tunes is "Up and Down", though. It have a really nice beat to it, and a catchy choir. "Enjoy the show" have a really cool sound in the background and is a little bit rougher with the rapping. But all in all, the album isn't great in my opinion.
But Jay Park is always worth mentioning. The MV for "Star" came out pretty quickly as well. And the more I listen to Star, the better it gets. Especially together with the video.

I have missed them SO much, and I really hope they are doing a comeback next year. Otherwise, I will miss them even more! I'm really happy by seeing this, so I'll have to post it as well. Just three of them though. Daniel, Jisu and YoungWon. And, Oh how I love Daniel's (and Jisu's) voice!

I went to sleep pretty early last night. And all of the sudden I wake up, in the middle of the night. So I logged in on my Facebook, to see if I had any new messages. And, well, I had. But somehow, I just felt like I needed to check on some other stuff as well. And BOM! Right in my face...
"Music bank k-pop festival annulled the 9th of February".
I actually thought I was having a bad dream... But it wasn't a dream at all. I couldn't sleep, so I got up and ran to the computer. Wrote fnactickets a mail about wanting to change my tickets to the 8th instead, and get a refund. I mean, I tried to keep my hope up about it all and that we would be able to see them at least... And then I went to bed again. Still couldn't sleep though.
This is what they were saying about it; "The Music Bank-K-Pop Festival in Paris is a production that requires a lot of infrastructure and logistics. More than was expected. We won’t be able to exit the venue without affecting their operational schedule; We are therefore obligated to cancel the show scheduled on February 9th. The tickets can be refunded or exchanged for the 8th February show where they were purchased."
Eventually, I got up again. Sat down in front of the computer and talked to some friends, that didn't know the news yet. We all kind of panicked. Since our flights and hostels where already booked and payed for. And the whole reason we where going to Paris, was because of the Music Bank concert.
I think it is pretty weird that the news didn't get out in a better way. I mean, not all people do actually read on that website. And they should have known about the difficulties too. It felt like the worst Christmas present ever anyway.
But we solved it!!! Since I didn't get any answer on my mail, my friend called instead. Pretty nerve-racking to call to France all of the sudden. But what to do.
It was not possible to change our tickets on the 9th to the 8th. But I got a refund and we could order new ones on the 8th, by ourself again. And I GOT THEM! (I'm lucky I had the money, and I hope I get my refund soon.) Around the same spot, where we were placed before. So all ends well. We have tickets for Music Bank on the 8th instead... We will have to go to the hostel and leave our things and then immediately go straight for the line-up to the concert. And then we have three days to do what ever, in Paris. Pretty good.
My other friends, made it work out as well. So we are all set... And we are going together in my car, early in the morning (around 04.00 am) to get to the airport. Four people in the car with me included and the rest, from other places, gathered in the airport - eight in total. Now, this is going to be epic. And nothing else will get in our way!
Music Bank, about six weeks to go... And then we'll meet.
And it's out! G.D and T.O.P are looking good. Apparently they are going all out with their new comeback, in the nearest future. I'm SO looking forward to that.

It is fantastic that 2AM is back with something. And this time, it is their turn to make a Japanese debut.
I did miss them, it's nice to see them again. I have seen them in live performances though. Well, this video is gorgeous! However, I like the Korean version more. Cause I can sing along with it. But still, this is great. I hope there will be more new music, from them though.
I'm sorry about the sound. It's the best out there, yet.
2AM - Never Let You Go (Japanese Version, Single 2011)
Something extra, worth mentioning is U-KISS Japanese debut as well. I like the song a lot, you get hitched to it easily. And it is a completely new song as well. U-KISS is seriously growing in my heart and appreciation, for every song they release right now. They only get better and better. Even if this was a little bit less, then the album they released a couple of months ago. But still, they are freaking amazing!
I'm also looking forward to the "Someday" MV in January.
There are a lot of groups/entertainments releasing their Christmas Carols and tunes, right now. Since Christmas is practically soon upon us. Well, actually it is just eleven days to Christmas eve. Wow, this year went by quickly. Didn't it? Hope we can look forward to more great music, for next year. And that all of them are coming over to Europe, more than before as well. Now when Korean music is growing for each day, and are spread like the wind.
Yes, I like the sound of that. I think that will be my wish, from Santa Claus.

Do you have any Christmas feelings now? We don't have any snow here, so I don't feel it much. But maybe the songs helped a bit. I at least, becomes incredible happy from SM Towns MV.
Huh Gak was the winner of Superstar K2, a South Korean television show on M.net. K2 was the season two of the Superstar competition, which aired year 2010. To be on the show, they audition and then each week preforms a song. After that they are eliminated based on the three judges opinions, and the audience voting. And from that, Huh Gak took first place.

Woo Joo Young (Seo Young Hee) is a woman who's married and have a son. She quite work an stays at home to take care of her mother-in-law and the regular chores. The only thing she does for "herself" is, taking cooking lessons. Her husband Park Tae Kyung (Shim Hyung Tak) is always busy and rarely have time for his family. Joo Young gets him to make a promise of taking their son, Chan No (Goo Seung Hyun), to a soccer game while she is at the cooking class.
On the day of the soccer game, Tae Kyung is unreachable and wont come as promised. Joo Young then have to leave the cooking class in a hurry and literally bumps in to Jang Woo Bin (Ji Hyun Woo). He drops a chinaware bowl which he discover is broken later. Joo Young tries to call her husband during the soccer game. And in the end, she gets a phone call back. She walks away, so Chan No wont hear. But then Chan No walks away himself, in another direction. He wants to meet his favorite soccer player. He then meets Woo Bin, who is actually working as a sports agent for the player Chan No wants to meet. When Joo Young comes back and looks for Chan No, she sees him with Woo Bin. Woo Bin recognize her and ask her to pay for the broken bowl. So they exchange numbers and leave separately.
During this, Joo Young's younger sister Woo Joo Mi (Kim So Eun) sees her sisters husband kissing another woman. And Joo Young confronts him about it later. Of course he denies it and things go on as usual. But eventually it goes far enough, and denying it is useless. Joo Young goes through a lot of pain and hurt, and strangely enough Woo Bin is always there to comfort her.
Joo Young decides to divorce her husband, move to her grandmother with her son, and start to work again. Her husband tries everything so they can't divorce. But in the end, it goes through. Joo Young and Woo Bin meets now and then, and they become pretty good friends. But eventually Woo Bin confesses that he is in love with her. Joo Young is put in a weird position, being a newly divorced woman with a kid and also being older than Woo Bin.
Meanwhile, Joo Young's younger sister, Joo Mi bumps in to a man named Jang Woo Jin (Ryu Jin) while jogging. She falls for him immediately and gets thrilled when she sees him in a coffee shop again. Woo Jin looks like a cold man outwards, but actually he just have a difficult way of showing his feelings. They make a weird deal, but the deal becomes the truth. With Joo Mi being a lot younger than Woo Jin. And to make things even tougher for Joo Young and Woo Bin, Woo Jin is Woo Bin's cousin. So everyone is related to everyone in some way.
- This is a refreshingly believable story. I can really relate to it, and that's what I like about it. It's pretty tiresome with stories being over the top or nothing much. So when I see this kind of stories where you can think, "Yeah, I know exactly how you feel" is nice. Off course, with dramas there is some unbelievable elements so we in the audience will be all clenched up for the next episode. But thats alright. It is still ongoing though, so there is still more to come. I like Ji Hyun Woo, as an actor.

Sun Woo In Young (Jo Yeo Jeong) is a 33 year old concierge manager at a hotel. Her boyfriend Kim Sung Soo (Kim Jeong Hoon) is a movie director. They went to the same school when they where young and have been together for 10 years. In Young hopes for Sung Soo to propose to her. But it doesn't seem like he even thinks about it. She then finds out that Sung Soo have had an affair with the actress Kang Hee. He claims that he really needs In Young though, and that he is very sorry. So she stays.
Eventually it evolves to a sort of, "making the other jealous" game and things becomes complicated. Bae Sung Hyun (Choi Jin Hyeok) works with In Young at the hotel, and they happen to kiss in all this. In Young decides to brake up with Sung Soo and be together with Sung Hyun instead. Thats when Sung Soo realize how important In Young is. But it might be to late, because In Young actually feels something for Sung Hyun.
Park Seo Yeon (Choi Yeo Jin) runs an online clothing store named Y style. She is a very strong and independent woman, not being afraid of showing it. She lives a very free life and is active pursuing her desires. In other words, she change her interest in men regularly.
Kang Hyun Joo (Choi Song Hyeon) is a lawyer specialized in divorces. She appears as a cold and arrogant woman with a perfectionist mentality. But in real she have a very cute and insecure personality and makes mistakes frequently. She is dumped by her boyfriend, at their wedding. But she keeps her head cold, and ask another man to pretend to be her new husband through the wedding. So people wont need to go home, and she wont feel embarrassed.
- You get to see this three women, go through a lot together. And they mostly have each others backs. Giving each other tips and comfort. It's a little bit of a "sex and the city" feeling to it, but I actually don't feel a lot of that. Anyway, this is another one of those believable drama-series that I adore. You can relate to it. And also, even though it's a lot of pain in this drama, it is hilarious as well. Especially the main protagonist In Young (Jo Yeo Jeong). During the drama, you also get to hear her thoughts about everything.

Kong Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye) is an administrative official for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. She coordinates a meeting with government officials. The meeting goes on well, and she gets praised by the minister himself. All of a sudden the meeting place gets attacked by bees, and the meeting turns into chaos. Ah Jung takes responsibility and have to write a written apology. She thinks of leaving a letter of resignation instead, while she drinks her sorrow away in a club.
In the club she meets a man named Hyun Sang Hee (Sung Joon) which find some kind of entertainment in the drunk Ah Jung. Sang Hee seems to avoid someone though, so he quickly leaves the club when seeing someone looking for him. Later, Ah Jung stumbles out from the club and bumps into Hyun Ki Joon (Kang Ji Hwan). She then passes out, thanks to her bee sting from before, right in the arms of Ki Joon. She wakes up in the hospital and later gets to know who brought her there.
Hyun Ki Joon is apparently the president of the conglomerate "World Group". He lost both his parents while young, and was raised by his ant together with his younger brother, Sang Hee. Ah Jung wants to pay him back for the hospital fee, but Ki Joon declines. But Ah Jung keeps being persistent.
Later Ah Jung meets Yoo So Ran (Hong Soo Hyun) who stole away her first love a long time ago. Still being sensitive by this matter, she lies to the now married couple. Telling them, that she also got married not long ago. Ah Jung then goes to Ki Joon's hotel, to pay him back for the hospital bill. She happens to spill tomato juice all over her sweater, while falling over in the lounge. Then pretending to faint while being embarrassed, Ki Joon picks her up and carries her to one of the hotel rooms. When some of Ah Jung's friends sees it by chance, the rumor of Hyun Ki Joon being the one Ah Jung married - starts of from there.
- I love Yoon Eun Hye from "Coffe Prince", which is one of my all time favorite drama-series. So I really looked forward to this. And I absolutely think it delivered. It's funny, sweet and gives you the entertainment your looking for. Well, at least for me. And yet again, it is a strong woman with a lot of wit. But she makes mistakes as well. And sure, the guy is cold and all. But this makes the cliché bits really well, and proceed it very good. It is really a worthy watch.

Shin Ji Hyun's(Nam Gyu Ri) life seems to be perfect. She have her parents, which adore her. She have friends that all seems to admire her. She is also set to marry her fiancé Kang Min Ho (Bae Soo Bin), who she is happy together with. Song Lee Kyung (Lee Yo Won) is a woman who is completely depressed and broken over her life and frequently tries to commit suicide. She works night shifts at a convenient store, and sleep most of the days.
One day, Lee Kyung gets of a bus and wanders around, until she reach the place she wanted. She then walks out in the middle of the street and attempts to kill herself into the oncoming traffic. Someone is saving her, by pulling her back. But the traffic is already in disorder. Ji Hyun is driving in her car, being a bit upset from something she saw. She suddenly sees a big trailer in front of her and hits the brake. But it is to late... Later, Ji Hyun wakes up, being in a daze. She immediately falls into shock, when she sees herself being carted into an ambulance. The only person who seems to notice her is a man on a motorcycle next to the sidewalk. Scheduler (Jung Il Woo) is an angel of sorts who awaits to take souls to their final destination. But Ji Hyun wasn't in his schedule.
Ji Hyun follows her body to the hospital, while being there she meets Scheduler again. He tells her, because it wasn't really her time to go yet, she will get some extra time. While her body is in a coma, she will be able to live inside someone else's body when they sleep. She have 49 days to collect three genuine tears from people who loves her, besides her family. Ji Hyun think she is saved, since she have her two friends and her fiancé. But things was not as perfect as she thought. But unexpectedly, she get a lot of help and comfort from her friend Han Kang (Jo Hyeon Jae).
- Before getting scared from, perhaps a very weird storyline. Lets just say, you shouldn't. Because this drama is most definitely one of the best. I don't cry much, when it comes to drama series. But I think I cried from start to end, with some pauses in the middle. This is a really touching and great drama, with a lot of feeling to it. I like Lee Yo Won's empty face, while playing Lee Kyung. And then changing to the more happy go lucky Ji Hyun. She have some great acting skills.

Lee Sul (Kim Tae Hee) is a 25-year-old college student, majoring in art history. She keeps a shabby appearance and works several part-time jobs on top of her college career. She also has a crush on her professor Nam Jung Woo (Ryu Su Yeong). Lee Sul never thinks of her real birth parents much, being raised by Kim Da Bok(Lim Ye Jin), the woman she calls mother. She often thinks her real father will find her sometime though.
Park Hae Young (Song Seung Heon) is a 31-year-old diplomat. He is the only successor of the Daehan Jonghap Group, the largest conglomerate in Korea. Park Hae Young's grandfather wants the company to back down, to crown the righteous princess instead. In other words, he wants Hae Young to give up his rights and assets. The first thing first, they have to find the lost child who is the successor as the princess. And the princess name is supposedly Lee Sul.
When Hae Young goes to find her, he finds a girl he already meet by chance before. Back then, she told him another name. So when he figures out she is the one, things get complicated. Especially since Lee Sul wont believe she is a princess. But with time all of them realize that she is, and by that Hae Young and Lee Sul becomes somehow sworn enemies.
- This drama have a lot of complex things within. And it is absolutely exciting. I really like Kim Tae Hee, who was in the "Iris" drama and movie. She always delivers, and she is really strong and charming in this drama. I really like Song Seung Heon as well, but I haven't seen anything else with him yet. Seung Heon and Tae Hee has some really good chemistry as well. (The picture is a bit random, but I liked it).

Lee Jin Pyo (Kim Sang Jun) and Park Moo Yul (Park Sang Min) worked as bodyguards at the South Korean President's home, Blue House. Without the president's knowledge, they plan a covert operation to go into North Korea and kill the North Korean agents who set a trap for them at their last mission. They gather men who will take part and then they go through with it. For their return, Choi Eung Chan (Cheon Ho Jin) promises to have a submarine waiting for them to carry them back to South Korea again. Meanwhile, the five high ranking South Korean public officers, who initiated the covert operation, changes their minds while the operation is taking place. The officials decide to give up on the 21 special force members taking part in the covert operation. The special forces complete their mission and swim into the ocean to be picked up by the submarine. Instead of being welcome on board, they are all killed by a sniper. All except Jin Pyo who was right behind Moo Yul. He sees his best friend sink to the bottom of the ocean. Lee Jin Pyo makes a promises to his fallen comrade, that he will take revenge.
He goes to Park Moo Yul's home and snatches away Moo Yul's baby, while Moo Yul's wife is hanging up clothes outside. Jin Pyo then moves to Thailand with the baby, and sets up a sort of camp in the jungle. There, he grows and trafficking illegal narcotics, while also training his new son into an elite soldier.
Lee Yun Seong (Lee Min Ho) doesn't know anything about his real parents. He thinks his real father is Jin Pyo, which have raised him in a very cold and hard way. Later on, Jin Pyo tells him all about it after losing his leg on a mine. That the revenge is to make up for Yun Seong's own fathers lost life. That Moo Yul was killed by his own government. Yun Seong then vows to exact revenge upon the five government officials responsible for his fathers death.
Seven years later, Lee Yun Seong finally arrives in South Korea. Prior to arriving in South Korea, he studied at M.I.T in the United States. He then enters the Blue House, as an I.T engineer. He meets Kim Na Na (Park Min Young), who works as a bodyguard for the president's daughter. He should see her as an expected enemy, but can't. Instead they become close...
- This drama is indeed very intense and complex. Very interesting with all background info and all the evolvement within. And I also adore Park Min Young (Kim Na Na). She is really comfortable to look at. She isn't to much or to little. She is just a very natural and great actor. And I'm looking forward to see her in more to come. She is in a favorite drama from 2010, Sungkyunkwan Scandal. And speaking of, Lee Min Ho (Lee Yun Seong) is also in a favorite drama from 2010, Personal Taste. He have also been in Boys over flowers, and I adore him as an actor as well. They have a sparkling chemistry between each other.

Bong Woo Ri (Kim Sae Ron) is a 9 year old girl with a very bright and positive way of thinking. She doesn't have a real name or a father, and her mother is deaf. A man, Bong Young Gyu (Jeong Bo Seok), who is mentally deficient loves her mother dearly. All he wants is to ask her to marry him. Young Gyu lives with his old mother and his son, Bong Ma Roo (Seo Young Joo).
Bong Ma Roo is an honor student who is insecure about his foul-mouthed grandmother and his mentally deficient father. And to make matters worse, his father marries a woman who is deaf. Bong Woo Ri is in contrary very happy by the marriage. Now she have a family, and a name.
Woo Ri meets a young boy, Cha Dong Joo (Kang Chan Hee) by chance. He promise to teach her the piano, and to keep the promise they meet up a couple of times. Cha Dong Joo, lives with his mother, stepfather and grandfather. Due to his grandfathers bad health, his stepfather runs their big company. When Cha Dong Joo comes home late one night, by climbing up at the side of the house, he sees his stepfather pretty much kill his grandfather. Cha Dong Joo falls from the balcony, from shock, and hit his head badly. He ends up in the hospital. Later, he doesn't show up at the meeting place where Woo Ri awaits. And she thinks he ignored their promise. Tragedy soon struck Woo Ri's family as well. A fire occurs in the factory where Woo Ri's mother works. She is brought to the hospital but dies soon after. Bong Young Gyu and Woo Ri promise her that they will stay together before she dies. But Young Gyu gets taken by the police custody, as a suspect of a frame-up. In all this, Ma Roo leaves Woo Ri to get help, telling her that he will come back. But he never did.
Some years later, all of them have become older. Cha Dong Joo (Kim Jae Won) returns to South Korea, to fulfill his mothers revenge plan and take over the company which is rightfully his. He has a secret that can't be discovered though. Bong Ma Roo have change his name to Jang Joon Ha (Nam Gung Min), and is a doctor and apparently Cha Dong Joo's "brother".
Bong Woo Ri is still looking for her brother when ever she can, together with her father. When she sees Cha Dong Joo, she immediately thinks he is Bong Ma Roo. Where will all this lead...
- This drama may sound a bit complicated but all makes sense later. And the complication just makes it interesting. I think that this drama is incredible interesting overall. It have a couple of moments when it is a little bit draggy. But that is probably because it is 30 episodes in total. And it happens something every time, in the end of every episode though. So you will still sit like on needles for the next episode. I'm impressed by the young actors, for the characters when they are young. Otherwise, I'm fondly attached to Kim Jae Won. He was actually cast for the drama "Me too, Flower". But due to an injury, he had to rest.

Lee Kyu Won (Park Shin Hye) lives together only with her grandfather. Her father calls her now and then, but does it secretly from her grandfather. Kyu Won is majoring in Korean traditional music in university. She tries to make traditional music more popular amongst the students, and other people. She practice the gayageum almost every day, and she is very skilled in playing it. Her grandfather is one of the top three traditional musicians of his age, and his biggest wish is for his granddaughter to become a traditional music prodigy. While trying to live up to her grandfathers dream and expectations, Kyu Won becomes a university student who knows nothing outside of her studies. Lee Shin (Jung Yong Hwa) lives with his mother and sister. He is the vocalist and guitarist of the band "The Stupid". He is majoring in modern music, at the same university as Kyu Won. Shin is very popular in school for his looks and passionated music. But he is really a very cold young man, with no dreams for the future. He likes Jung Yoon Soo (So Yi Hyun), a dance teacher at the university.
Kyu Won's friends like the band "The Stupid", and she is asked to come with them to watch their performance. When she sees and hear Shin, she immediately gets captivated by him. She quickly changes her mind, when she finds out about his personality. But somehow she ends up being his "slave" for several days, when losing a bet. During those days, she finds out so much more about him and gets involved.
Meanwhile, the school tries to put together a kind of festival. With only the best to perform in it. They have a tryout with the students, and Kim Suk Hyun (Song Chan Ui) is the director of it all. He wants Kyu Won to be the main female lead, but for that she will have to train very hard.
- This has a very nice feeling to it, since I love music. And well, I really like Jung Yong Hwa, mostly for C.N Blue. But also for his acting now. He made it pretty nicely. But I looked forward to this drama more because another favorite female actor was in it. Park Shin Hye, from the drama "You're Beautiful", which also is another one of my all time favorite dramas. She gives a great feeling as always, to it.

Cha Bong Sun (Lee Ji Ah) demonstrates infront of the police station she works for. She haven't gotten the promotion she had expected, and finds it unfair. She is dragged away by her coworkers and the chief explains to her that she is far from being an officer in practice. She disagree and loses her temper as always. She is then ordered to undergo counseling.
After having a counseling session Bong Sun is nearly hit by a motorcycle. The motorcyclist Seo Jae Hee (Yoon Si Yoon) and Bong Sun starts an argument, with Jae Hee leaving in the middle of it. Jae Hee goes to his job, as a parking attendant at a high-class retail store. A woman starts a commotion inside of the store, and the police is called there. Bong Sung arrives at the scene, with the new recruit Jo Ma Roo (Lee Gi Kwang) she is in charge of. Bong Sun tries to reason with the woman, who is lying on the floor screaming. Bong Sun then notice Jae Hee in the crowd. They end up reasoning with the woman together, who is carried over to her man who also stands in the crowd.
Jae Hee and Bong Sung talks over things quickly without really getting anything out of it. When Bong Sung is backing up the police car out from the parking-lot, she collides with a customers car, driven by Jae Hee. He panics when thinking of some memory from the past. He is later fired from his job, because of this. And he wants Bong Sung to take responsibility for it, since it was their fault, equally.
Bong Sung sees an advertisement outside a club, looking for a parking attendant. Later she goes to the store, to get Jae Hee's phone number. But he already works there again, to her surprise. Jae Hee is actually someone completely different from what he gives out to be. He founded the store together with Park Hwa Young (Han Go Eun) and he is the president of the company. Nobody have seen his face and he remains a mystery, when he wants to keep a low profile. He had asked Hwa Young to rehire him as a parking attendant, so that he can keep tabs on what goes on at his store. While Hwa Young wants him to reveal who he is.
- This drama has a very cosy feeling to it. I like it a lot so far. Instead of a cold man with issues, their is a very cheerful and bright man as a lead. He has some insecurity with himself and his background though. And then we have a very strong and independent woman, who works as a police. But is depressed and have trouble dealing with her anger. They are very natural and doesn't force anything. It feels like it is different from other dramas. And I'm awaiting the next episodes every week. Their chemistry is just right as well. They seem to be really great friends who quarrel a lot. They get extremely angry at each other when being to honest too. But they can actually say that they are sorry as well. Yeah, looking forward to see all of this.

I really have to double book the sound of the week, this week. Cause I can't leave this alone. It is to good. Late in November, rapper San E released a new single called "I wish you to be unhappy".
San E have been an underground artist, until he joined the JYP Entertainment and released the mini album "Tasty San" in September. Through the album, he made his official debut in the Korean music market. He was dubbed as a rap prodigy, on the Public Korean Music Awards. He said himself, that he joined JYPE to get his name out to the public, but that he still creates his own music himself. Produced both by him and Park Jin Young (JYP) though. However, the production style of it was done in his own taste.
Well, this tune is fantastic anyways. His rap are most definitely great and mind-blowing.

Im Seulong and DJ Clazzi gives a brand new sound into Korean music? I like this song really much, which have a whole new feeling to it. Actually, it reminds me a bit of vocaloid sounds sometimes. And a little bit of 8-bit sound thrown into it, to become a great mix of cotton candy for your ears. It is new for Korean music though.
Im Seulong is born in 1987, and are originally the vocalist of 2AM. They are the other branch of the two subgroups, under JYP Entertainment, with the other one being 2PM.
They pre-debuted along side with 2PM, with their trainee documentary. In 2008, they debuted as 2AM, with the song "This Song".
In 2010, they released their first full album "Saint o'clock". They won on Inkigayo with the song "You wouldn't answer my calls", in November 2010. After this, they haven't had a comeback yet. But they are talking about a Japanese debut, in 2012.
Anyway, Seulong are worthy of more credit. Actually, he is in the drama "Personal Taste" as a gay guy, "in love" with the main male protagonist. Just a little side note.
DJ Clazzi (Kim Sung Hoon) is the composer, mixer and producer of the group Clazziquai, also known as Clazziquai project. Their genre being electronic, house and acid jazz.
The other members are, Horan (Choi Soo Jin) - which is the female vocalist of the group.
And Alex (Chu Hun Gon) - which is the male vocalist. Alex made a solo career in 2008, while Clazziquai temporary was on a hiatus. In 2009, Clazziquai came back. After this, they haven't done anything else.
But now, DJ Clazzi is back in collaboration with Seulong!
Well, I really hope that he will give out more music like this. Because I fell for it completely, since I like all the sounds. The MV is really weird though. Especially since Koreans usually wouldn't show nudity. It's completely random as well. But sure, weird works. I'm in love with the sound at 2.23 ~

Secret Garden is about Kim Joo Woon (Hyun Bin) who runs the luxurious department store, his family owns. He is considered a smart and good looking man, and have a pretty bad personality thanks to it. Kim Joo Woon's cousin Oska (Yoon Sang Hyun) is a well known singer in Asia. He asks Joo Woon to pick an actress up for him. While locking for this actress on a shooting set, Joo Woon misunderstands and pick up the stunt woman instead. She comes with him to the hotel and finally there, he discovers she is not the actress in request, but Kil Ra Im (Ha Ji Won). They don't like each other from the start, but somehow Joo Woon can't get her out of his mind, even when she's not his type. He tries really hard to get her out of his mind though, since she does not own a high status life nor is rich enough to be with him. Later on he gives up and start visiting Ra Im at her "action school". Ra Im tries her best to ignore him, since she also knows they can't really be together anyway. And she thinks he is mostly a bother.
For some reason, while they are out in the woods on Jeju Island, they find there way to a weird looking house. The place is called "Secret Garden". While being there, they decide to eat something and ask for help. Since they are lost.
The owner of the place, seems to know both Joo Woon and Ra Im. She gives them some kind of alcohol as a present. When they get back to the hotel, Joo Won and Ra Im drinks the alcohol, at the same time in different places. And through that, something weird happens. Something they wont notice until they wake up again.
- I didn't expect the "switching souls" part to happen. So when it did, I got pretty disappointed. Since I thought it would be very boring from then on. It's such a used topic in movies and series already. But actually, they did it so well and it wasn't to much. When I kept watching it, I was not disappointed at all. I really like this drama. The main actors are great and they really do have chemistry. I love the fact, that they have very real reactions. And aren't afraid of showing love on screen.

Mary stayed out all night/Mary me, Mary is about Mary (Moon Geun Young) who lives alone with her problematic father (Park Sang Myeon). He brings a lot of trouble to the table, with all debts. But still, Mary loves him dearly. Mary have a pretty positive way of looking at life, and tries to keep her spirit high in all times. Since she can't pay her college tuition, she starts working. And without skills, she have to work at some weird places.
While she is out with friends she suddenly hits someone with her car. A man named Kang Mu Gyul (Jang Geun Suk). She freaks out since she can't afford anything, but Mu Gyul doesn't seem to care and says he's alright. Mu Gyul is the lead vocal in a band. He doesn't talk much and doesn't care for fame. He just wants to make music. Suddenly Mary's father suggests to her, to marry a man named Jung In (Kim Jae Wook). He is the son of a friend to Mary's father. And through the marriage, Mary and her father will have their debts payed of. Jung In is the president of a music company called JI Entertainment, producing a music drama. But Mary doesn't know him at all. So she asks her new friend Mu Gyul to take some fake wedding pictures with her, so she can get away with not marrying the other guy. But unfortunately, her father has already registered her marriage with Jung In.
Since Mary is not the kind of girl, who will just settle with something, she goes against it pretty hard. Even though she disappoints her father deeply. Jung In then proposes - that she will spend 100 days of marriage with both men and decide from that, who she wants to be with. Before this, she also ends up working at Jung In's entertainment business, actually being really good at it.
The point is though, she doesn't really like anyone of them in that way. Since the pictures with Mu Gyul was fake, and Jung In is someone she doesn't know at all. But maybe things will change, when she have to be with them a little bit more.
- I love this drama deeply. It have a little bit of everything. The humor is great and the serious parts are just right. The three main actors are really good, and they all have great chemistry for it to work. You end up feeling for everyone of them. In the beginning, I got the feeling of it being one of those love story's when you can read out the ending right away. But this is pretty different. And with Mary's strong character, it ends up being one of the best. I adore Kim Jae Wook's acting in this. He is probably the one with most character development. And you get a really good feeling from all the friendship in this drama.

Yoon Gae Hwa (Chae Rim) is a 35 year old "ahjumma", working as a housewife. She somehow get offered a job, for someone famous. The famous person in question is, Seong Min Woo (Choi Si Won), a very popular pop star who recently acted poorly in a drama. Little did Gae Hwa know, that Min Woo was a spoiled brat who couldn't take constructive critique at all. Gae Hwa gets fired, but things suddenly gets a lot more complicated when a little girl, Ye Eun (Kim Yu Bin) shows up in Min Woo's building. And since Gae Hwa already have a daughter, Min Woo thinks its for the best that Gae Hwa takes her.
Gae Hwa obviously doesn't agree at all. With some sort of blackmail and agreement, it ends up with Gae Hwa taking care of everything while living in Min Woo's apartment. And along the way, she ends up being his manager - actually being good at it.
- I thought at first, that well... maybe this is interesting. But when the kid entered the scene, I thought that "Okay, this is gonna fall flat". But it didn't. It is a lot about Min Woo (Si Won) evolving as an idol and actor, and growing as a person. And also about Gae Hwa (Chae Rim) being a mother and working hard, and also showing that age doesn't really matter. Both of them, grasping what they want and working hard to get it.
This was the first drama I saw with Si won too. And surprisingly, he is a pretty good actor. Well, maybe that's not a surprise. But for me it was. It's okay, Daddy's girl

Episodes: 17 Runtime: November 22, 2010 - January 18, 2011 Eun Chae Ryung (Moon Chae Won) is the youngest daughter in her family. She is pretty pampered by her father Eun Ki Hwa (Park In Hwan), which make her rely on him completely. She have never worked and never taken care of herself. Chae Ryung's friend and senior, Park Jong Suk (Jeon Tae Soo) is interested in her without her really realizing. His parents work at a prestigious law firm, and the fact that Chae Ryung doesn't care, makes him even more interested in her. Park Jong Suk planes a wicked plan, when they go out clubbing. He pays Choi Duk Ki (Shin Min Soo) to take part and make a kidnap attempt on Chae Ryung, while she is outside. Jong Suk was supposed to come and rescue her, but her father gets there before him. A small tumult goes on between her father and Duk Ki, untill they all go home each on there own way. Chae Ryung and her father is upset and confused by the happening.
Park Jong Suk meet up with Choi Duk Ki, starting an argument. With Jong Suk's wicked mind, it ends up with him unintentionally killing Duk Ki. It isn't find out about until later, but Jong Suk runs to his parents right after he knows. And hes parents try to cover his crime up, until the last point. But they wont find the last piece of evidence - a bag. Meanwhile, due to unfortunate circumstances, Eun Ki Hwan (her father) becomes the main suspect and is charged with involuntary manslaughter. Chae Ryung, of course tries to show his innocence, but it doesn't lead anywhere with no proof. When the police is coming to get her father, he collapses with all the pressure. He is taken to the hospital, and it shows to be a cerebral hemorrhage. Eun Ki Hwan is unable to take care of his family anymore, and with no income and debts they stand without money.
Now, Chae Ryung has to grow up and stand on her own two legs. While her father is in the hospital, not being able to get up. Her sister Eun Ae Ryung (Lee Hee Jin) taking the big step of marrying the hospitals owners son, for help. And their mother being unable to deal with the situation completely, Chae Rung has to do something to help too. Unexpectedly, she gets help from the victim's (Duk Ki) brothers, since they believe on her fathers innocence. Choi Hyuk Ki (Choi Jin Hyeok) tries his best, to uncover the reason of his brothers death. While Chae Ryung works hard, for an income.
- It is kind of a heavy topic. And it really makes you think and feel what they feel. I thought Chae Ryung (Moon Chae Woon) would be a spoiled brat. But even though she was spoiled and not used to the work life. She was far from a brat. Sure, she have her moments... but don't we all. She was really believable and true. And a very strong character who grew a lot in her role. Lee Dong Hae, is actually the other brother. But he doesn't really stand out that much. Choi Jin Hyeok do the part very well though. Being a brother, mourning his youngest brother. But tries to solve it, instead of sitting down and doing nothing. A drama which left an impression.

She has a crush on the cold hearted lawyer, Kang Ha Won (Kim Ji Hun), from the company she works at. But she is aware of her not being in his league. She lives in the countryside with her parents, who have been adopting five children after her. She is the only one being their born child, but that doesn't really matter to them. Everyone is worth as much.
The days passes by as always until her parents doesn't come home anymore. They die in a car accident, and all of a sudden Kang Jin stands alone with five kids. More is, their house are not signed at them anymore and they have to leave as soon as possible. With nowhere to go, and with no more income then her salary they try to keep living. Kang Jin takes them to a sauna for the night, but that wont work for long. She even considers to take them to a orphanage, so they can have at least a roof over their heads. But in the end, she can't!
She can't work as she used to, with a baby to take care of. And all of them struggle. When she gets a job as a cleaning lady, at Kang Ha Won's place, she actually sneaks the children in to live in her room downstairs. Children can't always be quiet though, so they are soon discovered one by one. Ha Won wont agree to them being there at all, but are soon talked over by his brother Jun Ha Won (Shin Dong Wook) and his cousin Tae Kyu Woo (Lee Kyeon) who lives with him. It ends up with a deal with a certain amount of time, for Kang Jin to find a new place. She has to work as a housewife to pay for their stay. She tries to work hard at different places and take care of her siblings, and at the same time trying to find a new place for them to live. Which isn't easy with five kids.
- I actually don't like children. But this drama made it heartfelt and touching. And also charming in every aspect. I think it's pretty cliché somehow, that they end up in Ha Won's apartment. But what won't you do for your family. I like Kang Jin's (Choi Jung Won) strong mind through hard times, and that she actually is human enough to almost give up. I especially like Park Ji Bin's part as the oldest amongst the kids. I think he was 16 years old when he recorded this drama. And he did a great job putting certain feelings to happenings. Trying to be older than he is, to help out. A lot of feelings in this drama, as well.

Set during the Joseon Dynasty, Kim Yun Hee (Park Min Young) is a very smart woman with a independent drive. With only a mother and a sick brother, she tries to work hard to support the family. She is dressed as a man, most of the time. Since women shouldn't be good at studying and such. She works in a shop, where she mainly translate books but also gets assignments, like the one which changed her life. A man asks her to help him with the answers for the men's only national exam, to Sungkyunkwan university. One of the best universities in the country. On the day of the exam, Yun Hee goes there dressed as a man to deliver the answers. She then goes to the wrong man, and encounter Lee Seon Joon (Micky Yoochun) instead. Seon Joon, being a very righteous man, speaks out loud about all the cheating going on. Yun Hee succeeds in getting away in all the tumult, and the exam is canceled.
Through different events of happening, she meets Seon Joon again and ends up taking the exam as well. When the day of the new exams come, she is there with the name of her brother. Seon Joon comes from a privileged background and are pretty arrogant. While Yun Hee is kind of simple minded but hard working, so they don't really get along from the start. Both Yun Hee and Seon Joon pass the national exam, and ends up living in the same room in the Sungkyunkwan university. Slowly, they become friends. Ku Yong Ha (Song Joong Ki) is a new student at the university with them. He is popular with the ladies, and discover that Yun Hee actually is a woman pretty early. He decides not to tell anyone about it though. Since he finds pleasure in observing her through the school. Being the only funny thing there. Soon enough, they become close friends. Moon Jae Sin (Yu Ah In) doesn't show up much in school at the beginning. He is rebelling against his father, who is a politician. He doesn't agree with his thoughts at all and pretty much hates him. He is already friends with Yong Ha, who seems to know about his secret rebellion. When he finally comes to Sungkyunkwan university, to get even with his dad, he discovers that one of his roommates, Yun Hee, is a woman. Since he is not good with women at all. He decides to protect her with all his might. Starting to care more and more, for her.
Yun Hee works hard in school and goes through anything to be at the same level as the guys. She have a lot of trouble, keeping her secret. But thanks to her new found friends, she gets some help without her even realizing.
- This drama is strong! I really like that she is a woman, fighting hard. In this period of time, it was forbidden for women to study or even in some cases, being able to read. If she gets discovered, it is not just the punishment of quiting school. Her whole life depends on not being discovered, since she is most probably sentence to death. But through her studies, she gets a pretty big scholarship and from that she can buy medicine for her sick brother. So she risks it and stays.
And through this drama, you get to see great friendship. Especially Yong Ha (Song Joong Ki) and Jae Sin (Yu Ah In), they look so great together. They even won a price for "best couple". And speaking of Song Joong Ki, I adore him in this drama. His part in this is hilarious, and the entire drama have a lot of hilarious parts in it all together. The four friends act this drama out very well. This drama should be one of the best, but thanks to being a little bit slow paced in the middle, I'll put it here.

Her father is the one who planned and draw the house. He is not being home a lot, since Gae In and him not really getting along especially well. That's, from a happening when Gae In was very young. Jeon Jin Ho (Lee Min Ho) is a architect, being interested in the layout of Gae In's house for a project at work. He gets the assignment, trying to get the layouts. While many have tried, no one have succeeded. Gae In and her dad, holding tight and not giving anything out. Gae In and Jin Ho happens to meet through different unexpected encounters. They learn to really dislike each other, being each others opposite. Little did Jin Ho know, that she actually is the owner of the house, he is after. Somehow, Jin Ho happens to be in situations that looks pretty suspicious, countless times when Gae In sees him. When Gae In gets dumped by her boyfriend and is at a very sensitive state, she tries to get a roommate. The one knocking on the door is Jin Ho, seeing his chance. Gae In doesn't want a man as her roommate after all the hurt though, but Jin Ho might work. Since she already gotten the impression that he is gay. Jin Ho goes with the flow, and pretends to be gay. This way, he might get his hands on the layouts. But things does seldom go as planned. Soon enough, they are each others best friends?
- This is a very entertaining and funny story. The weird things happening between them, when they just meet randomly. And later, the weird thing happening between them when they live together is hilarious. And then, with the friendship growing through time... it is heartwarming. They really become best friends, caring about each other through all. They both do a very great job, and have great chemistry so it's believable. I like the strong character and special woman that Gae In (Son Ye Jin) is as well.
Mischievous Kiss

Episodes: 16 (+ 7 special edition) Runtime: September 1, 2010 - October 21, 2010 Mischievous Kiss/Playful Kiss is based on the Japanese manga "Itazura na kiss". Oh Ha Ni (Jung So Min) is a girl in F class. She is not very smart and wont get any good grades in school. Baek Seung Jo (Kim Hyun Joong) is on the contrary one of the best students in school. Being in A class, he rarely studies at all but still gets every answer right. Oh Ha Ni have been in love with Baek Seung Jo, for a long time. And with the support from her best friends, she finally get the courage to confess through a letter. Seung Jo, not being the nicest person, yells her name out loud and asks if it is her letter. He then reads the whole letter out loud and bash everything about her. Talking down on her and her so called grades. Oh Ha Ni, tries not to be to sad and screams back that she will get better grades. And it ends up in bet.
Through unfortunate happenings, the newly built house that Ha Ni and her father lives in - falls down in an earthquake. They move to a friend of her father, which happens to be the father of Seung Jo. Seung Jo tells her not to tell anyone in school, and he doesn't want to be seen with her. But eventually, he ends up helping her with the studies and they grow a little bit closer. Bong Joon Gu (Lee Tae Seong) tries to destroy this with all means though. Since he have been in love with Ha Ni, like forever. - I really don't like "Itazura na kiss". I hate that the girl is so weak and just accept all the crap that the guy gives her. Because he doesn't really change at all. Sure, they get closer and eventually they marry. Other than that, he is still a piece of shit treating her like a bag of garbage. And she is just boring and whinny. But, this drama does it so much better. They have actually put some spirit in to Oh Ha Ni, and she doesn't take it all without putting her foot down. And Baek Seung Jo, shows his appreciation to a certain amount. This drama is funny and works. It doesn't have as much annoying moments as the other ones. Probably trying to be more believable. But I actually have to say, that it is not great. Like I said, it works but not more than that. It have some entertainment to it though.

It seems like I always get caught up in dramas with strong female protagonists. That is probably what makes me interested. There are to many movies and dramas with weak females, that can't do a shit on their own. And it's just boring, when all they do is whine. So seeing the dramas and movies with women who actually can, and gives back hell if they are bashed down upon... that is somewhat a refreshing feeling. Take in consideration, that this list may change.
